This Whole Foods is one of the best I've shopped at. The staff, including the managers, are exceptionally friendly and always put customer service first. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they take the time to respond thoughtfully. They're attentive, great listeners, and make casual conversation enjoyable while shopping. Even during peak busy times, they consistently show kindness and make you feel welcomed and appreciated.
I saved my 2400th review for the place with the best pizza in the area: Cibi Integrali! (Italian for Whole Foods). Sure, I used to think it was a tie between Sorielle's pesto mushroom and Blue Line's mushroom and truffle oil and Pizza Bocco Lupa, but since Burr has been making our caramelized onion pizzas with chewy cheese and béchamel sauce on his crispy thin crust, it is no longer a toss-up. Get it? Toss-up? We used to go there for the great customer service, the painless Amazon return counter, the 2 Good 2 Go app pickups of discount goodie bags, but now it's all about the pizza, especially when: a) Burr is making them b) it's off-peak hours (the more time, the more perfect) c) the large one-toppings are down from $15 to $12 (summer promotion).
We have been going to this Whole Foods for a few years now since moving into the area. I can not complain about anything . Today however, I really want to give a shout out to Ammy at the smoothies area. They had just closed for the day and she was cleaning up. My son and I came in after his basketball practice and since it was so hot he really wanted a smoothie. She politely said they had just closed . We thanked her and continued shopping. A few minutes later on the other side of the store I felt a tap on my shoulder. Ammy came over and asked which smoothie my son would like and she would love to make it for him. I was so moved with her kindness and love for what she does. Thank you Ammy for going above and beyond. My son could not stop talking about you all night ..
Looking for a freshly made, delicious Strawberry Shortcake? A friend got me a While Foods Strawberry Shortcake from their bakery for my birthday and it was absolutely delicious. Totally fresh and the cake was crazy moist. Highly recommend!
